1. Who we are

A-Level Edge is an independent UK publisher of digital study resources for A-Level Economics and Psychology. These terms apply whenever you create an account, buy a resource or subscribe.

2. Adults only

Accounts and purchases are restricted to adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account or buying a resource you confirm you are 18+. Resources may be provided to learners under 18 by the adult purchaser in line with the applicable licence, but under-18s may not hold accounts or make purchases themselves.

3. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to access and use digital PDF resources, not ownership of them. A single-resource purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for use within one household or by one tutor with their own students. Subscriptions grant the same rights for every published resource while the subscription is active.

4. Institutional use

Printing, photocopying or distributing resources to a class, cohort or department requires the Institutional Department Pass. See the Institutional Licence.

5. Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, publish or upload our resources anywhere.
• Do not share your account credentials or download links.
• Do not remove branding, author attribution or copyright notices.
• We may suspend accounts where we detect systematic sharing or redistribution.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are annual and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future renewal periods, and we will tell you before a changed price applies.

7. Digital content and cancellation

Because our resources are digital and available immediately, specific cancellation rules apply. These are set out in the Digital Content / Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy and educational disclaimer

Our resources are written with care but are study aids only. We do not guarantee any particular grade or exam outcome, and specifications can change. Always check the current specification published by your awarding organisation. A-Level Edge is an independent educational publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR or any other awarding organisation.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site and your downloads available, but we may carry out maintenance or withdraw individual resources. If a resource you purchased is withdrawn, you keep access to the edition you bought where we are able to provide it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected resource or subscription period.
