Digital Content & Refund Policy
Immediate access and your right to cancel
Our resources are digital and delivered immediately. Before checkout you are asked to consent expressly to immediate access and to acknowledge that, once access or downloading begins, you lose the 14-day statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content under UK consumer law.
When we will refund
- You were charged twice for the same resource.
- The file is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, and we cannot fix it.
- You have not downloaded or opened the resource and ask within 14 days of purchase.
- A subscription renewed after you had already cancelled.
When we normally will not refund
- You have downloaded the resource and simply changed your mind.
- You bought the wrong subject, exam board or year group but have accessed the file.
- You did not achieve a particular grade — our resources are study aids, not guarantees.
Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used subscription periods except where required by law.
Faulty files and download problems
Download links are deliberately short-lived for security. If a link has expired, sign in and generate a new one from your library. If a file will not open, contact us and we will replace it.
How to request a refund
Email support@aleveledge.com with the email address on your account and the order date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. See also our Terms of Service.
