Who this is for

Schools, sixth forms, colleges and tuition centres that want one subscription covering a teaching department rather than an individual.

What the licence permits

• Access to every published resource for teaching staff in the licensed department.
• Printing and photocopying for students you teach, in the numbers you need.
• Distribution to your own students through your secure internal systems (VLE, Teams, Google Classroom).
• Use in lessons, intervention sessions and revision programmes.

What the licence does not permit

• Publishing resources on any public website or open file share.
• Sharing with other schools, trusts or departments not covered by the licence.
• Reselling, or including resources in a paid product of your own.
• Removing branding, author attribution or copyright notices.

Term and payment

The licence runs for 12 months per department and can be paid by card or by invoice against a purchase order. Request an invoice or quotation and we will prepare paperwork for your finance office.

Multi-department and trust-wide licensing

If you need more than one department, or a trust-wide arrangement, tell us the scale in your invoice request and we will quote for it.
